The Return of the Night Owls

After more than a year of not being assigned to a graveyard shift… here I am now. working hard in an unhly hour. When most of the populace are sleeping. Now I’m back working at night.

Welcome to the life of a call center agent.

Life as an agent is not easy. But the challenge keeps you going. Most of the time call center agents are being pictured as night owls. Awake at night, asleep during daytime. You too can become a call center agent if:

- You can gulp a gallon of coffee in an hour.
- You can eat your breakfast at 2AM.
-It’s OK for you to have eyebags all the time.
- You wear jacket all the time.
- You don’t have social life

Why are there demands for call center agents all the time? What makes this job lucrative? Knowing that having this kind of work automatically kills your social life.

I’m still thinking.
