Ocean Park in Manila

Swimming with the dolphins in Manila? You’ve got to be kidding! But that’s what i read yesterday in Philippine Daily Inquirer. An ocean park which feature animals like sea turtles, dolphins and other marine creatures will soon rise just behind the Quirino Grandstand.

This mammoth project is a joint venture with the Chinese and Malaysian company. This project will be expected to open by December 2006.

I am very sire that this project will further bolster the tourism development in our country. We do’nt need to go to Hong Kong or Singapore just to enjoy the beauty of the marine life. We will be having it here in Manila soon!

Friday Snapshots

Friday Snapshots

After my 10AM-6PM shift last Friday, I headed straight to SM Makati to buy some items for our Puerto Galera trip. When I passed by the Supermarket, i can’t help but wonder the the beautiful colors of the fruits and vegetables being displayed. I tried to snap some photos of the peppers and tomatoes. Postscript: More supermarket photos will be posted soon…

Back to work

Back to work.

I’m finally back here in Manila. I was in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro last weekend. I was there with my sister. We really had so much fun, despite some minor glitches like we had difficulty in looking for a place to stay, and the over crowded beach!

I’ve got a nice tan after swimming in the beach. The food is great. Fresh seafoods are served along the beachfront eateries. I have also noticed that every food stalls offer various types of kebab. I said to myself: “Most probably, Kebab is the national food of Puerto Galera!”

I will be posting my pics here soon!
