Boba Ethel Booba

There were also other stories over dinner, but my favorite is this one involving Ethel Booba: Running late for her 9 a.m. flight last Saturday, she rushed to the airport and seeing Nelson Canlas (24 Oras and Saksi entertainment reporter and one of Startalk’s prized writers), she connived with him and slipped into the front part of the long queue. She reached the counter on time, all right, but when she got there, she was not allowed to check in because her flight was Cebu Pacific and she went to the Centennial Airport, which only takes care of PAL flights. When Nelson checked on her later that day, she was in Quezon province. Oh, Ethel, Ethel, Ethel! Or shall we say, Booba, Booba, Booba? Well, that’s Ethel Booba and for all her faults, she’s basically a nice person and we all love and adore her in GMA 7.
Ito lang masasabi ko: Ineng, ang Centennial Airport para lang sa PAL yan! Dun ka sa Domestic Airport. At ano naman ang ginagawa mo sa Quezon province? balak mo ba mag roro papuntang Cebu? Baka tapos na show mo sa Queen City of the South bago ka dumating dun. Next time be on time ka para di ka maiwan ng eroplano mo… at dapat nasa tamang airport ka. Hehehe Baka next time makikita kita sa Clark airport, nag aantay ng Cebu Pacific flight papuntang Batanes. Hihihi FYI: Walang flight ang Cebu Pacific papuntang Batanes.
