Bacolod City Cathedral

The Bacolod City Cathedral, one of the oldest structures in the island of Negros is made out of corals that were taken from the Province of Guimaras. The cathedral is located right at the heart of Bacolod City, just in front of the Bacolod City Public Plaza.

Bacolod SEA Games now open

Phil. Olympic Committee chariman Peping Cojuangco has formally opened the the Bacolod South East Asian Games last night at the Panaad Sports stadium.

No less than the world-renowned Masskara Festival dancers treated the crowd with a unique number together with the Pasalamat Festival Drumbeaters.

The SEA Games football competition starts today in Panaad Sports Stadium and the Bacolod City Sports Statium (formerly the Paglaum Sports Complex),
