Ligligan Parul 2005

I was in San Fernando, Pampanga last night to experience what the Kapampangans call the “Ligligan Parul”. This is my first time to be at the Giant Lantern Festival. I felt so ecstatic seeing these beautifully crafted lanterns change patterns. Fireworks display capped the nights activities.

Pampanga has definitely lived up to its title as the Christmas Capital of the Philippines.
