The crowd during the recently-concluded Kabankalan Sinulog 2006. An eclectic blend of the people. From kids, to teens, yuppies, to adults. Ilonggos, Cebuanos, Tagalos, Americans, Chinese, Koreans, and Japanese. Only one thing in common: a painted face.
