Where were you when history unfold?
The rally at the EDSA Monument turned nasty this afternoon when the anti-riot police psrayed water canon to the demonstrators. This, agitated therallyists and prompted them to thow rocks to the policemen.
Both sides were hurt. I’ve seen in the television, bloodied policemen and demonstrators.
Now, who’s lost in this battle, you may ask. OUR COUNTRY.
The momentum of the Peso-Dollar exchange rate will definitely be affected. The Stock Market will definitely be scoring down. The credit rating firms like the Moody’s, Stadard and Poors, and Fitch might be reversed. These credit rating firms have already given the Philippines a positive credit rating.
Oh, and one more thing… I know that we have been given the freedom to express ourselves. But please, do it in a way that our people will not be affected. Can you?
I am not just being arrogant here. But please next time, set your demonstrations in a park so that the traffic flow will not be hampered, and business establishments can continue to operate.
What you did today is totally stupid. Really, IT’S TOTALLY STUPID.
Photos from a previous Anti-GMA Rally. But scenes could have been the same. what do you think?
