This is my entry to this week’s Photo Friday Challenge. The theme is Golden. This photograph was taken last January in St. Anne’s Church in Molo, Iloilo City Philippines. This church has been described as a feminist church for two reasons: First, its patron saint is a woman (St. Anne). And second, its aisle is lined with 16 life sized images of woma saints. There are only a few churches in the Philippine whose patron saint is a woman.
