And honestly, performance wise...duh Sinulog is just one of those....while dinagyang continues to evolve and is getting more fantastic. watch out for the performance of their winner this coming Aliwan (that's May 3) and you will be in for the biggest surprise. By the way, I am from Makati I was there at the festival…and I cannot see the point, why did Sinulog win…I went to cebu for their sinulog this year and I went to Iloilo for the dinagyang after..

now, I understand why Dinagyang was adjudged the best tourism festival by the DOT.

And honestly, performance wise…duh Sinulog is just one of those….while dinagyang continues to evolve and is getting more fantastic.
