A lake within a volcano within a lake

Yup, that’s how many folks describe this miniature wonder south of Manila. Taal is one of the world’s smalles (if not the smallest) volcanoes in the world.
The volcano can be reached by outrigger boat from any of the seven towns of Batangas and Cavite.
One of the best locations to see this majestic volcano is Tagaytay City. Approximately, an hour’s drive south of Manila.
To reach the creater of the volcano, one must ride a horse, or trek for about 2 hours.
