This is the third time that I received an unsolicited e-mail globalknowledgeph.com. This is the third time that I have reported them to their ISP, and this is the third time that their ISP ignored me.

The bottomline here is: Philippine Long Distance Company (PLDT) is not making any action against their clients as long as it is paying their dues. As long as they are making revenues out of the illegal activities their clients are doing.
I was already very irate when I received this message last Friday, when I wrote to them:
THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THAT I HAVE REPORTED THIS CASE. BUT IT SEEMS THAT NOBODY TAKES TIME TO INVESTIGATE THIS. YOUR CLIENT IS PAYING YOUR COMPANY TO SEND SPAM MESSAGES. CHECK THE WHOIS REPORT OF IP ADDRESS 58.69.89.111

I think, “ALMOST” all of the PLDT customer service and their service SUCKS…
Y? Because they really don’t do anything about the complains. Poor service e.g. July 14-Aug 8, no dial tone, when i ask for rebates, they said, “It’s un-rebatetable”, “Y, I asked”, “Sorry sir, but the repair person only put a, UN-rebatetable comment on your trouble history.”.
My line has no dial tone since Oct 5, now it’s already Nov 5 but still they don’t do anything to restore it.
PLDT SUCKS!!!!!!!! i think, based on my case, they are just a money leacher’s on their customers.
I wish the other telecom company could expand their network so that all of the PLDT subscriber will have choice to ship to other networks.
