Today the people of Laoag, Ilocos Norte celebrates the 41st Charter Anniversary of the Sunshine City of Laoag.
The Nothern Ilocos capital was was established thorugh the Republic Act 4585, entitled “An Act creating the City of Laoag”. This Republic Act is also called as The Charter of Laoag.
