Forest Flowers

Posted on August 3, 2006

I found this flowers blooming along the Tam Awan Village trails. The flowers look lovely. No doubt, the bees and the butterflies will surely be attracted to this marvelous beauty. If I am not mistaken, this flower is a member of the Heliconia Zingiberaceae family

This is quite rare to see, lovely! I think this plant might be from Zingiberaceae or Ginger Family. This particular one might be a ‘Zingiber Beehive’.
