   thanks for calling my attention. i did not know about byahilo.com love those entries on lapaz batchoy and bacolod inasal.. daw mapuli man ko ba! i had that masskara post long before i put the , i think it was just last week. i was just trying out if i can post a video in my blog. i had the post link to pinoytravelblog i guess that’s how you found me. i apologize for not asking permission on the youtube video. this is the first time i have tried posting videos from youtube, my understanding is if it is in youtube it is available for the public because the code is available to copy and paste, i did not know the rules. i probably should give courtesy and send you a quick note, pasensya po. if you’ve stayed a bit longer you will notice that i only have 2 videos from youtube and that’s the byahe tayo and your masskara video. i did delete the video and i will be more careful next time.

   [...] I took a short break from unpacking to check out some of the Masskara Festival photos and videos.  I guess I am just missing the Philippines a lot these days. I spent 4 years of my College life in Bacolod City. Every year they have this very famous festival called "Masskara".  It is a group competetion where they wear masks and colorful costumes and dance on the street.  It is very fun to watch.  This is like a Fiesta of the City.  I remembered going to the Plaza with my family very early to secure our place as there is so many people on the streets.  Today they are celebrating this festival, or is it yesterday?  We are 13 hours late I think, I can't remember anymore..haha… This blog talks more about it.  And here's a short video clip taken by Mr. Eric Dee of byahilo.com.
