Last day of vacation
Posted on October 25, 2006
Whew! Time flies fast. really really fast. especially if you are enjoying every moment of it. After eight days, my vacation finally ends today.
So what really happend during the last eight days?
Upon arrival last week, I immediately went to the office of the Silver Masskara Organizing Committee to get my Press ID.
I also had a stick of chicken inasal for lunch. In the afternoon, I went to ETCS II, to see their Masskara streetdance dress rehearsal.
My officemates arrived in Bacolod City, Philippines October 19. We had luch at Chicken Deli, and cheesecakes for dessert at Calea. We then watched the Charter Day Civic Military Parade. By 9PM, we drived south of Bacolod to witness the dress rehearsal of Barangay Alijis.
Friday until Sunday proved to be the busiest day for me. It was the 3-day streetdance competition. I started taking photos from the assembly area up to the final judging area at the Bacolod City Public Plaza.
Monday and Tuesday was a bit light for me. No big schedule ahead of me.
All in all, the vacation was a blast. This is one of my most memorable trips ever. I was also able to meet several photographers and bloggers. Please stay tuned as I will be opening The Gallery in time for Byahilo’s 2nd year anniversary.
And finally, a BIG BIG THANKS to my friend Glen M, to Tito Czar and Tita Cons, to Bhoyet, and to the teachers of ETCS II, to Paul V, to Yasmin Pascual of ABSCBN and to Sugarlandia Piaya Barquillos for the tasty pasalubong!!! THANK YOU!
Tubtob sa liwat, magakilitaay kita liwat sa Masskara 2007!
