Who would ever thought that there’s an iceman in the tropical islands of the Philippines? This Masskara Festival dancer in Bacolod City didn’t mind the sweltering heat in his eskimo-inspired outfit.
Bacolod City, Philippines celebrates the annual Masskara Festival every weekend nearest October 19, coinciding with the city’s Charter Day celebrations.

Iloilo City’s biggest festival is set to invade Metro Manila, Philippines early December to drum up the launching of city’s festival.
