Who would ever thought that there’s an iceman in the tropical islands of the Philippines? This Masskara Festival dancer in Bacolod City didn’t mind the sweltering heat in his eskimo-inspired outfit.

No my baby! I didn’t go to Chernobyl. Nor I came from a nuke war. This photo was taken from the recently-concluded Higantes Festival in Angono, Rizal Philippines. During the fiesta, giant effigies are paraded to the streets while the crowd are dressed in anything they wanted to portray, from the Muro-Ami diver, to the briefcase models of a popular game show.
