Posted by on November 5, 2006
Bacolod City celebrates its cityhood every October 19th. It’s a holiday in the city marked with various activities like the civic military parade. Usually, it is the time for the high school and elementary drum and bugle corps to show off their exceptional skills. Young girls dressed in mini skirts do the baton-twirling, while the boys beat the drums.
Also present during the parade is the 2006 Masskara Queen Angelique Robles who is also a college student from the University of St. La Salle, in Bacolod City
