Fort Bonifacio: The country’s new CBD

One of the newest Central Businsess District in Metro Manila is the Fort Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. Over the past 2 or 3 years, prices of business and office spaces here as well as real estate properties have skyrocketed due to the congestion in the Makati and Ortigas area. Many businesses now has started to move in to this area. The area, which has a unique blend of residential and commercial spaces is complemented with other types of businesses like the Prince of Jaipur bar restaurant, Ford showroom, Market! Market! Mall and department store. Pier 1 Bar, Starbucks Cafe, Gonuts Donuts, Pho Bac Vietnamese Restaurant, Jolibee fast food, MTV Pilipinas studio and whole lot more. Several celebrities, politicians, and members of the alta sociedad have also bought condomimium units in this area.

    Yes I agree, ang laki ng area for growth ng the Fort. I also know a lot of Major offices are relocating there na rin.
