Who would ever thought that there’s an iceman in the tropical islands of the Philippines? This Masskara Festival dancer in Bacolod City didn’t mind the sweltering heat in his eskimo-inspired outfit.

Bacolod City, Philippines celebrates the annual Masskara Festival every weekend nearest October 19, coinciding with the city’s Charter Day celebrations.

There are daily flights going to Bacolod City from Manila, Cebu, Davao and GeneralSantos via Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, and Air Philippines. There are hourly trip of ferry from Iloilo going to Bacolod.

    gusto ko yung DOF, namamangha ako lagi sa clear ang subject at blur yung background. kitang kita ang kulay nung sumasayaw na nakamaskara. gr8t pic!
