Here’s the first batc of the photos I took during the Recenty-concluded Sinulog Festival. As expected, the Tribu Sinanduloy of Tangub City took home the grand prize in the Sinulog-based category, while the group Lumad Basakanon won the overall title in the Free Interpretation Category
