Baguio City will once again be in full bloom as the Baguio Flower Festival Foundation, Inc. brings you the 2007 Panagbenga Festival.
Mums and everlasting flowers adorn this Baguio float at the Aliwan Fiesta 2006
See how the ingenuity and creativity of the people Baguio transform the flowers into a float exploding with various colors. The highlights of the festival will be on February 24 (Grand Parade and Streetdance Competition) and 25 (Float and Marching Band Parade)
