I have just started uploading my photos from the recently-concluded Dinagyang Festival, Iloilo City Philippines.
The Iloilo Dinagyang is one of the most beautiful festival in the country, and has consistently been in the top 5 of the Aliwan Fiesta. Last year they won the 1st runner up trophy, while they grabbed the top prize at the 2005 edition.

Every 4th sunday of January the City of Iloilo is transforming into one big party place. The exciting street dancing and beat of drums of different contigent tribes in downtown area.
