THE COMPETITION IS THERE JST TO MOTIVATE THE PROVINCES TO JOIN THE SHOW coz if no money or prizes, NO ALIWAN, NO SHOW right??? Sa mga first time lang manood ng ganitong events siyempre ang ganda ng performance ang tinitingnan, pero sa competition dapat lagi bago ang style. Kung napapanood natin ang lahat na festival sa buong pilpinas malaki ang pagkakaiba ng dinagyang, mabilis sila magpalit ng concept hindi boring panoorin. Ang sabi mismo ng executive director ng sinulog gusto nila sumali ulit ang iloilo sa sinulog 2008 kasi sila ang nagpauso ng mga bagong innovation ng sumali ang entry ng iloilo na pintados de passi(1st runner-up) nung sinulog 2006. Surely, the Sinulog contingent was the best. They were precise, choreography is perfect and entertaining. Although Dinagyang gave a close shot. I am not a cebuano but from Pasig City.
