The first sound of shutter…
Posted on April 21, 2007
Last Monday, April 16 I flew for the first time to the Bicol region. I took a Manila-Legazpi flight via Cebu Pacific. I was just so unfortunate that of all the flights departing from the Manila Domestic Airport, it’s only the Manila-Dumaguete and the Manila-Legazpi flights that got delayed. I arrived in Legazpi 2 hours late than my original arrival time. Upon setting foot in Albay, Skyscrapercity Legazpi-based forum members Dex and Mond toured me around the city, and our first destination: The port of Legazpi. the clicking sounds of the shutter can then be heard here and there to document my first ever journey to the Bicolandia.

A banca docked at the Legazpi port. At the back is the Sleeping Lion Hill

Flying to Bicol? I’ve been to the region a lot but never by plane. Hehe. I just got back from a trip of my own, but the pictures haven’t arrived so I won’t be blogging about it for the next couple of days.
