it is true that HALAD FESTIVAL is festival held at Midsayan North Cotabato.. but the truth is the 1st and 2nd GROUP of HALAD that won the Grand Prize is a residence of Municipality of ALAMADA not fron municipalities of PIGCAWAYAN OR MIDSAYAP they came from my proud ALMA MATER “ALAMADA HIGH SCHOOL”.. they just use the name HALAD FESTIVAL of __________ bcoz of fund that was given to them by the comittee of HALAD and the GOV’T OFFICIALS of NORTH COTABATO.. after 2 YEARS of being a CHAMPIONS they are unable to participate again due to lack of resources and FUND.. winning POT MONEY was divided by the participants and delegates…
if you want the TRUE CHAMPIONS back.. ask the HALAD CONTINGENTS 1st to what is the MUNICIPALITY they came from.. hehehe they are proud to say “ALAMADA”… thank you…

HALAD Festival is not “of Pigcawayan”. It from Midsayap, North Cotabato. Midsayap is where it is held and it is organized mainly by fellow Midsayapeños.. It would be unfair that the credits go to Pigcawayan.. Please edit your posts.. Or should you want to generalize it, place just North Cotabato instead.. Thanks..

That’s how they give their address in the Festival. the Halad Festival of Pigcawayan North Cotabato. it has also been published in the Aliwan Fiesta book which was released just 2 weeks ago…
