Sweet Chocolate Kiss

My friends from Skyscrapercity and I recently met at the Chocolate Kiss Cafe at the ground floor of the UP Bahay ng Alumni, Diliman, Quezon City. It was my first time to set foot into this hallowed educational institution since 1998.

It’s my first time to have lunch at this cafe. Much has been said about this cozy cafe all over the Internet. Even my office colleagues tell me that their foods are delicious. They even told me that their Devil’s Food Cake is a must-try.

For lunch I ordered Hainanese Chicken. It’s usually steamed chicken with some seasoning, perfectly eaten with finely chopped ginger and soy sauce. for dessert, I had a slice of blueberry cheesecake. Oh well, the cake is delicious but nothing can still beat the sinfully luscious cakes of Calea. Their ice tea is actually made from the Orange Pekoe Lipton tea, served with a honey as sweetener.

The interior looks nice. with fresh flowers and lighted candles in every table. The place is a perfect place for dates. I want to explore the cafe again soon, and discover what good does Chocolate Kiss has to offer.
