Bohol’s Sandugo Festival 2007 Schedule

The Sandugo Festival in Tagbilaran City will once again unfold as it re-tells the story of how the Spaniards led by Miguel Lopez de Legazpi and Bohol’s Rajah Sikatuna made a blood compact.
Check out the schedule below. If time would allow it, I might be there in Tagbilaran during the fiesta’s highlights.

the kalilangan festival of general santos city is still the best… because even though that we are first timer…we rank in the top 6… and just for 2 weeks practice there in manila….
i was there last year… astig yung street dancers… not as good as ati-atihan or sinulog pero magagaling din sila..
the sandugo festival celebrates a pact of friendship that was never honored by the spaniards. why celebrate it?
Legazpi later turned Bohol and the entire country into the encommienda and conquered it under the name of Spain, he’s not a friend, but a conqueror and enslaver
Boholanos better celebrate the almost 80 years of freedom under Dagohoy, IMHO
