Gallivanting around the City of Smiles

Posted on August 22, 2007

While I was in Bacolod, I had the cahnce to meet my friends from the Skyscrapercity forum last Sunday. The five of us met in SM City Bacolod had a few chitchat then we decided to move to Kuppa, one of the gourmet coffee shops in Bacolod. I can say that Kuppa’s cofee is actually good, but pegged with a provicial price tag. In short, it was cheap. Knowing that I spend more than a hundred fifty pesos for a cup of coffee full of milk bubbles. Haheheh

We then went back to SM City for our dinner fix at Mang Inasal. Holy Cow, it’s rice-all-you can for every inasal that you buy! The Inasal tastes good. And yeah, don’t blame me if I finished three cups of rice.

From SM, we dropped by at Bacolod City’s oroginal night spot: The Gldenfields Commercial Complex to buy vodka and pineapple juice. We then went to our house, for the inuman session peppered with college experiences, ghosts stories and a whole lot more. Walang tulugan

At 7:30 in the morning, we left ome and rode a jeep going to Mc Donald’s Lacson for our breakfast. When then strolled at the Negros Occidental Provicial Capitol and Lagoon for some more photos. And we eneded our day, (or night?) past 10 in the morning. Ahehe

“The five of us met in SM City Bacolod”…

I only count three? Where are the two others? Holding the camera?
Anyway, sounds like a nice day of food, picture taking, booze, food, picture taking, booze and jokes! ;-)

i just wish the guy in the dark blue shirt didn’t raise his hand like that to pose. it looks like he was expecting something to fall out of the elephant’s butt (and i’m not going to say what it is… :D).

hey, i’ve always wanted to visit bacolod. one day i’m going to get there, by hook or by crook! ha ha!

My shirt was black,… actually you got the “idea” behind the pose,..It was hot and we were all tired, and I was actually saying ” why do we have to pose in the but??” hence I chose to make fun of it….
