SM: Bacolod’s newest Shoppping Haven
Posted on September 1, 2007
When I went back home 2 weeks ago in Bacolod City, I one of my
must-check-out places to visit is the newly-opened SM Bacolod which was built on the reclaimed area adjacent to the Bacolod City Public Plaza. The mall houses familiar signature brand names for clothing as well as food outlets.
The mall is actually divided into two buildings, the north and the south buildings. the two structures are interconnected by a walkway which looks like an airbridge connecting the plane to the airport terminal. The design is actually good. It was somewhat patterned after the Mall of Asia.
Publilc Trasport is not a problem going to themall too, several jeepney routes pass right under the walkway. The place has a well-marked loading and unloading area for the shoppers. Private trasport is not a problem, too. The mall has a very wide space for parking.

how cool., i love the design of the walkway., hope they adopt the same design for the walkway of SM tay-tay.,
Whoa! This is neat! i love this design! After MOA and Baguio, it would definitely be my favorite SM City (architecturally) in the country!
Do they already have Bacolod Chicken Inasal there? I like it more if they have that in.
I went there with my family last month and we didn’t find any bacolod chicken inasal there. But there’s a lot of it here in Manila.
