Posted on September 24, 2007

Merienda, however small or big it is, is a part of the Filipino foodfare. Be it with the family or friends, merienda time is always bonding time, giving energy for people on the go, and proving that our taste for great food is happily round-the-clock!

Max’s Restaurant serves up well-loved merienda fare as it launches its sumptuous merienda menu of delectable Filipino favorites.

Among the sure fire hits are Tofu con Lechon, Arroz Caldo, and Max’s Chicken burger with cheese.

Then there’s the much-awaited launch of a unique Pinoy delicacy with a delectable twist– Max’s Pancit Luglug. It’s the classic recipe of Nanay Ruby made with al dente noodles topped with Max’s lechon kawali, chicharon, sautéed shrimp and slices of egg.

Max’s merienda is available everyday from 2pm to 6pm in 113 branches nationwide.
