Iloilo on Foot visits Manila!
Posted on November 9, 2007
Recently, fellow Ilonggo blogger Gian of Iloilo on Foot and Traveler’s Road recently visited Manila for a series of tour.
We went to several tourist destinations around Manila, like the Intramuros, Manila Cathedral, Manila Post Office, University of the Philippines campus in Diliman, The Manila Chinese Cemetery and we also went as far as Morong, Rizal.
We really has so much fun visiting these sites during Gian’s 3day/2night’s stay. It was also my first time to try to so-called legendary Isawan of UP Diliman. Isawan is a small join inside the university campus offering barbecue. It’s most famous variety is the chicken intestines barbecue or Isaw. Hence, the name of the place.
Hopefully by next week Gian and I will meet again, not here in Manila but somewhere else.
Hint: I’m flying again soon!
