Gothic Cathedral in the midst of a grassland?

Posted on November 18, 2007

Manila Chinese Cemetery

You might think that this is a Gothic Cathedral right in the heart of a grassland. Nah, think again. This is not a Gothic Cathedral, not even a grassland. This is a mausoleum right in the middle of the Manila Chinese Cemetery. Obvious lack of proper care and maintenance led to the growth of unwanted vines and grasses around the area. It’s just so sad that these magnificent and grandiose mausoleums are just left to decay.
