CEBU CITY, Nov. 21 (PNA) – Organizers of Sinulog, Cebu’s biggest festival, have said they are designing the Sinulog 2008 on January 20 for an international audience, applying some of the things they learned from shows in Las Vegas, USA.
The Sinulog Foundation Inc. said the Sinulog grand parade will shift from the Asian-inspired theme last January when Cebu hosted the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) summit to the theme “Sinulog Goes International.”
