I would love to see Dinagyang show there first time performance in Sinulog 2011. and hopefully there first Championship Crown. My dear Ilongo brothers and sisters? i'm a cebuano and its time that we work together and promote more each of our festivals. like pinstados de passi they joined Sinulog 2006. we hope we can see u here in Cebu perform? and grab a championship title... see'ya guys...
