Here’s the official list of the tribes for the 2008 Iloilo Dinagyang Festival to be held on January 26-27, 2008 in Iloilo City Philippines.

• Tribu Binhi

• Tribu Ivatan from the province of Batanes.

• Tribu Mandurriaonon of the Mandurriao National High School
• Tribu Kasag of Banate, Iloilo

Another event that added color to Dinagyang is the 1st Iloilo Dinagyang Pyrolympics 2008 – “Luces in the Sky”.
There are 18 partcipants on this fireworks display.
Expecting you also to cover this one of the major events of Dinagyang.
This will be the biggest fireworks display outside Manila.
This will be in the evening of Jan. 26 at the old Iloilo Airport, Manduriao, Iloilo City.

Dinagayang festival is one of the best celebration I’ve ever seen in the Philippines.
