Here are the list of the winners in the recently-concluded Sinulog Festival 2008 in Cebu City, Philippines:

Grand Champion: Siloy Festival from Alcoy, Cebu
1st Runner up: Sinanduloy Cultural Dance Troupe of Tangub City, Misamis Occidental
2nd Runner up: Pakol Festival of Santa Catalina, Oriental Negros
3rd Runner up: Baranggay Lahug, Cebu City
4th Runner up: SILAW CULTURE AND ARTS Carcar Central National High School, Poblacion 3, Carcar City

SPECIAL AWARD:

Best in Costume: Pakol Festival of Santa Catalina, Oriental Negros

FREE INTERPRETATION CATEGORY:
Gand Champion: Lumad Basakanon of Basak San Nicolas Cebu City
1st Runner up: Municipality of Carmen, Cebu
2nd Runner up: Alikaraw Festival of Hilongos Leyte
3rd Runner up: Tribu Iliganon of Iligan City
4th Runner up: Pintaflores Festival of San Carlos City, Negros Occidental

SPECIAL AWARDs:

Best in Costume: Municipality of Carmen, Cebu
Best in Musicality: Alikaraw Festival, Hilongos Leyte

STREETDANCING CONTEST:

1st place: Sinanduloy Dance Troupe, Tangub City
