Here’s another batch of photos from the recently-concluded Dinagyang Festival in Iloilo City. Dinagyang Festival is a celebration of thanksgiving in honor of the Santo NiÃ±o. The event, which is characterized by the non stop street dancing of men wearing elaborate costumes, painted in dark brown in hypnotic drumbeats. Dinagyang Festival in Iloilo Philippines is celebrated every 4th Sunday of January. This year the city of Iloilo, Philippines is celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Dinagyang Festival.
