I have been in aliwan for 4 years and im watching sinulog frequently at Dinagyang, for me may mga difference nga malaki ang pagkakaiba sa skills, creativity, style , choreo at ang totality ng performances mas more artistic nga ang Dinagyang, Im not from Iloilo ha, thats what i saw for many years ang cebu the same,repeat performance lang lahat pati costume, which is not also good sa competition diba?, for me plain observer lang talaga ako because i love festivals of our country.Im only telling what i have been obeserved. basta suggestion lang iwasan nalang ang mga judges na maykinikilingan na mga lugar nila.
