Pintaflores Festival of San Carlos City
The annual Panaad sa Negros Festival is held every summer in Negros Occidental’s capital, Bacolod City. This year’s grand fiesta will be held from April 26-May 3.
The Panaad sa Negros is a festival of thanksgiving of all the towns and cities of Negros Occidental. Every year each and every town and city sets up booths showcasing their local produce and offering them for sale at a lower cost. Aside from the trade fair, there are also other activities lined up for the entire week like jobs fair, medical and dental missions, singing and dancing competition, the Lin-ay sang Negros (The Lady of Negros) beauty pageant, and the competition of every town and city’s festivals.
Among the most awaited performers in the festival competition are the Masskara Festival of Bacolod City, the Pintaflores Festival of San Carlos City, and Bago City’s Babaylan Festival.

sobrang nakaka miss ang panaad festival… specially pintaflores of my beloved city, san carlos city! for two years of being here in Abu Dhabi / Dubai, sobrang miss ko na lahat ng negrosanon!
