MANILA, March 24 (PNA) — The Philippines’ diving spots earned top rank in a popular diving magazine published on January this year.
The most widely read publication for scuba diving enthusiasts in the United States, Scuba Diving magazine has placed the country as the top Value Destination for the Pacific and Indian Ocean Region category in the 2007 Top 100 Readers’ Choice Survey.
