i think hindi rin matutuloy ang warner brothers. ayaw ng mga environmentalist at mga mangingisda. pero kung iisipin nila pag natayo ang theme park na yun eh napakaraming trabaho ang magkakaroon. iniisip kasi nila na baka mawalan sila ng ikabubuhay. pero kung optimistic sila, maiisip nila na pag umunlad ang ekonomiya at turismo ng pilipinas. marami saatin ang makakabangon sa kahirapan. tskk.. kawawang pilipinas

I think it will be Warner Bros. not Universal Studios!!! (Universal Studios has promised that the Universal Studios Singapore will be the only park it would have in Southeast Asia in 30 years) SO THIS MEANS THERE WILL BE NO UNIVERSAL STUDIOS IN MANILA ONLY IN SINGAPORE, but from what I’ve heard it’ll be Warner Bros. Studios in the Philippines!!! (One will be similar to the Universal Studios in Los Angeles, but it will be set up in cooperation with Warner Bros. Francisco is already coordinating with the bosses of this major Hollywood studio regarding this theme park)

Maraming dev’t sa Manila Bay katulad ng SM Mall of Asia,Pagcor City,Alphalands,West Marina.Agree ako na magtayo ng Disney Phil.at versyon ng Tagaytay sa Manila Bay para masaya!!!
