After our hearty Vietnamese lunch over at Bawai’s Vietnamese Kusina, we walk a a few meters away from the Viet resto and head straight to Chateau Hestia.

Out itinerary dictates that we will be having a superb dessert in this dainty bar slash resto slash bead and breakfast owned by Autrian Johannes Zehethofer.

Then came the waiters serving us a platter of nothing but sinfully delicious desserts. For a start we had a scoop of Ferrero Chocolate Ice Cream. It’s delicious. But I think Italy’s gelato is still better.

We then had our serving of panna cotta topped with a scoop of marmalade. It’s wickedly tasty. The creaminess of panna cotta itself complements the sweetness of the marmalade. .

But the winner in this dessert fest is the Mousse au Chocolat. It is a ganache made with 100% pure Belgian dark chocolate topped with a slice of poached pear. The thickness is just right. Not too sweet and not to bitter either.

After the dessert we were treat to two of the house exclusive drinks: The Limoncello and the Vin d’Orange. Both drinks were served to us at room temperature. But I would have appreciated it much it both were served chilled, or at least cold. I personally like the Vin d’Orange. Now I won’t give out too much details about it here. Go and and figur it out for yourselves. To make reservations or if you have inquiries, you can contact +63918 9305372 and they would be very gald to answer your questions.
