I worked in an online travel agency before and the agency really don't have the right to cancel your flight reservation and if ever they will, they will immediately inform you regarding that thing. She was mysteriously erased from the manifesto but she had her ticket with her. Needless to say she raised hell and she was able to get into the flight. My relatives who are home in Tacloban had the same experience, they were checking in in LAX and was told that they MNL-TAC was cancelled but was ironed out eventually. I hope you get a refund.
