Bacolod Masskara Festival 2008 Schedule

The Bacolod City Masskara Festival 2008 Schedule is out! And because this years Bacolod Charter Day falls on a Sunday, everything has changed. This year we will get to see street dancing competitions on a weekday. This is because October 19 is Bacolod’s day and as such the day is only reserved for civil military parade, no street dancing even if it falls on a weekend. Check out the schedule below. More detailed activites will be added as soon as the full schedule is released by the Bacolod Masskara Organizing Team. The official music of Masskara 2008 is yet to be released.

This year, Masskara 2008 is expected to outdo the Masskara 2007 as Bacolod City is celebrating her 70th year as a chartered city. The celebrations will also mark as a prelude to the grand Masskara Festival 2009 where the City of Smile’s famous festival marks its 30th year.
