The Tinalak Festival (or sometimes spelled as T’nalak Festival) is a festival which showcases the unique and colourful traditions of the T’boli tribe of South Cotabato. Just recently, I was invited to try the menu of Ceralicious in Robinson’s Galeria Ortigas Center Philippines. And as the name implies, the food shop serves cereals but dressed up to make it more delicious and attractive to the eyes.
