The 2008 Masskara Festival in Bacolod City is fast approaching. Some contingents are already starting to rehearse their dance routines. Designs for the costumes, headdresses and masks are already in order. Expect hundreds of dancers in colourful costumes decked with all the beads, sequins and bells and the face covered with smiling masks all dance to the lively Masskara Festival Streetdance Music.
