The 2008 Masskara Festival in Bacolod City is fast approaching. Some contingents are already starting to rehearse their dance routines. Designs for the costumes, headdresses and masks are already in order. Expect hundreds of dancers in colourful costumes decked with all the beads, sequins and bells and the face covered with smiling masks all dance to the lively Masskara Festival Streetdance Music.

Thanks for the heads up! Will definitely check Sylvia Manor in my next trip to Bacolod.
Im sure the Bacolod will be crowded again during the Masskara Festival Season. You are right Eric, Booking your hotel as early as you can is a must

im scheduled to be in bacolod by september but not long enough to be able to see masskara.
