Yesterday,Bacolod City Mayor Bing Leonardia opened the Masskara Festival Costumes and Masks Exhibit at the 2nd level of Robinson?s Place Bacolod.
If I am not mistaken this is the first time that the Masskara festival organizers have staged an exhibit of actual costumes prior to the streetdance event itself.

Last weekend, I covered another interesting event that has made me wake up at 4:30 in the morning. No, I am not complaining. I find the event very interesting as it tries to campaign for a greener Philippines.
