Wine and Raclette Buffet at Astralis by Diamond Hotel
Posted on October 28, 2008
It was a night of class and sophistication. Probably a night, I have never experienced before. Just recently I was invited in a progressive wine buffet Astralis Restaurant in Rockwell, Makati City.
From the same people behind the rich culinary heritage of Diamond Hotel, Astralis fuses the reasonable price of casual dining with the feel of luxury restaurants topped off with one of the most progressive wine selections in the metro.
The wine and raclette buffet that we had is a sure fire winner. The saltiness of raclette, paired with potatoes and some greens just complements the smooth flavors of the wine.
This Wine and Raclette Buffet is a testimony of Astralis’ progressive wine collection. It offers an assortment of award-winning white wines that includes sparkling, blush, dry light to medium intensity, and dry medium to full intensity. Red wine lovers will also appreciate the dry light to medium intensity and dry medium to full intensity variations of this scarlet drink.
Every Mondays and Thursdays, wine aficionados can enjoy free-flowing wine that ranges from light to full-bodied whites and reds for a reasonable price of P650++. The brands of the wines to be served change every month so as not to bore the taste buds. And for those who want to make wine drinking more enjoyable, they can do so with a buffet of Raclettes for an accessible price of P950++.
Tapas selection such as premium cold cuts and cheese are also available to complement your wines.
So add kick and buzz to your Monday and Thursday dine-outs and nightcaps with Astralis’ Wine Buffet backed by the five-star provenance of Diamond Hotel.
