Year after year, party after party, the once exciting kris kringle and exchanging gifts during Christmas Parties have become boring, and too predictable.
Luckily, trendy French cafe Delifrance is adding a dash of daring and a large dose of generosity to the usual kris kringle, turning it into a metro-wide phenomenon!

Last month, BYAHILO together with THE BAG PEOPLE, Bratpack came up with a contest where one lucky blog reader gets the chance to win a Jansport Backpack.
14 entries were submitted, and honestly, it is not an easy task to select the winner. So what I did was ask the help of four friends (three of them bloggers) to pick their top five entries. I told them to mark their top pick as 5, and the 5th favorite as 1.
It was a neck-to-neck battle. Too close to call. I even have to make “kulit” the last judge to submit the entry before end of day today because his/her score can make a difference in the results.

I was in Gateway Mall in Cubao Quzon City earlier today to check out the opening of the 9th doughnut store of Krispy Kreme.
And as expected, hundreds of Krispy Kreme loyal followers queued as early as Tuesday to win a year?s supply of free doughnuts!

After six days of fun-filled adventure in six provinces, then DBP Ready Set RORO 2008 Inter-Island Race has come to a close. The the final leg was a neck-to-neck battle. Out of the final four teams, the two leading groups were even riding on the same bus from Lucena City down to the DBP Main Office in Buendia Avenue, Makati City. But just like in any other contest, only one team emerges as the grand champion.
